As part of assessing your loan application, we may request a credit report about you from a credit reporting body, disclose credit-related information about you to a credit reporting body, and use credit information to assess your creditworthiness and loan suitability.
The credit reporting bodies we may use include Equifax Australia, Illion, and Experian Australia. Each has its own privacy policy available on their website.
Your rights in relation to credit reporting information include the right to request access to your credit report, request correction of inaccurate information, request that a credit reporting body not use your information for direct marketing, and request a ban period if you believe you may be a victim of fraud.
This information is handled in accordance with Part IIIA of the Privacy Act 1988 and the Privacy (Credit Reporting) Code 2025.
